Thoughts on Iraq

I have a feeling that as soon as the election is over (perhaps before), we're going to see the number of Iraqi security forces increase markedly. They will be sent into Fallujah and will quickly pacify the city (at least temporarily).
In essence, what we are going to do is fill the security forces with Kurds and loose the blood-drenched tide upon Fallujah. There will be a massacre which we claim to know nothing about, and which will occur under a media blackout.
Will there be a draft?
Nope. Just increasing brutality to keep the Iraqis in check.

That would be a good thing, would it not. Better then this endless Kabuki theater, blood-letting.
