Federal Judge: Obama Administration is Above the Law

Judge Reed O'Connor dismissed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration by ICE officers, saying that while Obama's decision to amnesty illegal aliens who were brought here as children, despite a lack of enabling legislation, is probably illegal, it must go through administrative channels.
